Adoption Process Our process involves: Completed adoption application Personal interview Possible home visit On the application, we ask a number of questions and we ask you for three personal references. If you currently have, or have recently had pets, we also ask you for the name and number of your veterinarian. Factors taken into consideration are whether or not you have children or other pets; whether or not our cat/dog likes other cats/dogs; whether or not our cat/dog likes children; how much time the pet will be home alone; where s/he will be kept when you aren’t home. We believe our job is to find the best possible home for our pets. We also believe it our job to make the best match for you, and to ensure happiness all around.
