Shaw's Register Receipt Program
The Shaw’s Register Receipt Rewards program has changed. They no longer accept receipts.
Instead shoppers have to go on line to register their charity. Go to www.shaws.com/neighborhoodrewards and register with our ID# 49001018163. You only
have to do this once! Then every Tue, Wed & Thur when you shop and use your Shaw’s
Card it will automatically calculate the amount and apply it to our account. It is easy and
no more saving receipts!! Unfortunately only shopping those 3 days will work so we will
not receive as much as we have in the past but everything helps! Spread the word to family and
friends – they only register once and then there is no effort after that. Thanks to all who do this for

defray the cost of each animal's care. Please consider adopting this
shelter as your special place.

Honoring or remembering your very special pet? Keep their memory alive or honor them with

For those that would like to honor or remember a special person in their lives.
Frequently people designate the SHS to receive donations in memory of a lost loved one.
When we receive such memorial donations we thank the donor AND notify the family of the
decedent of the donation. Our quarterly newsletter, Shelter Times, regularly features a memorial
section where all donations received since the last issue was published are listed.
It is very helpful for us if donors would include the name and address of the family member to
whom they wish the acknowledgement to go. That way we are able to notify the correct person(s).
