Buddy & The “Trail Boss ”

THIS IS THE SECOND RIDE IN MEMORY OF FREDDY PELLAND, AN AVID and LOVEABLE
HORSEMAN WHO WILL LIVE IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER.
THE RIDE WILL START AT SADDLEROCK FARM, WELLWOOD ORCHARD ROAD, WEATHERSFIELD,
VT.  THE RIDE WILL BE THROUGH THE NORTH SPRINGFIELD DAM AND LAKE TRAIL AND PART
OF THE BEAUTIFUL CROWN POINT TRAIL. RAIN OR SHINE!

There will be Two loops

• Short loop : approximately 8 miles  - LEAVES AT  11:00 AM
• Long Loop:  approximately 13 miles – LEAVES AT 10:00 AM
• Riders will check out and in for safety

ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED IN ORDER TO GET A HEAD COUNT FOR LUNCH

TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS & PLEDGES OF:

$40.00 - Will include a pot-luck lunch and a t-shirt

$100.00 - Will include pot-luck lunch, t-shirt, a picture of you and your horse

Extra lunch tickets will be $10.00

A current negative coggins and rabies is required.

Helmets REQUIRED for anyone under 18, and recommended for all.

Directions to 1395 Wellwood Orchard Road

From Interstate 91 South:

• Get off Exit 8 and go RIGHT at end of ramp on Route 131 West for 2 miles.
• Go LEFT up Center Road (steep tar hill) for 4 miles.
• Turn RIGHT onto Wellwood Orchard Road and go 1.5 miles.
• Turn RIGHT up driveway.

From Interstate 91 North:

• Get off Exit 7 and take Route 11 West 4.5 miles to intersection of Routes 11 & 106.
• Take Route 106 North 1.8 miles (straight thru intersection).
• Turn RIGHT onto Reservoir Road and go 1.5 miles.
• Turn RIGHT onto Wellwood Orchard Road and go 1/3 mile.
• Turn LEFT up driveway.

From Ludlow, Vermont:

• Take Route 103 South 8 miles.
• Turn LEFT onto Route 10 in Gassetts and go 6 miles.
• Turn LEFT onto Reservoir Road and go 1.5 miles.
• Turn RIGHT onto Wellwood Orchard Road and go 1/3 mile.
• Turn LEFT up driveway.

From Intersection of Routes 106 & 131 (Downers Four Corners):

• Take Route 106 South 2 miles.
• Turn LEFT on Stoughton Pond Road and go 3.5 miles.
• Turn LEFT on Wellwood Orchard Road and go 1/3 mile.
• Turn LEFT up driveway.
