She was so shy when she arrived. Now she loves to come out of her cubby. She plays with the other cats and will now look for you to pet her Junie's Featured Dog: Jersey is a 16 month year old female boxer/shepherd mix. She is a beautiful girl with lots of energy. She will be happiest (and so will you) if she has plenty of exercise with her new family. She loves to play fetch with her tennis balls. Jersey is great with some commands like “sit” and “paw.” She will need some leash training as she is a very enthusiastic walker. Jersey will do best where she is not left alone for long periods of time. She loves kids, but isn't very fond of cats - except for chasing them of course!
